We aim to process all orders within a week. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. 

Postage and packing 

Wix does not have a rule or funtion to put in place that combines postage. If you are buying more than 2 or 3 items please message us using the contact form or direct through our email. Please include what you are looking to buy in your email and we will sort out a combined postage cost for you. Due to the unique nature of the combined postage cost we would continue the transaction outside of our website for you. 

After careful thought and consideration we have decided to remove the untracked option as far too many seeds were being lost in the post. It was as much as a inconvenience to you as it was to us. 

Seeds - £5.00 tracked

Plants - £7.50 tracked

Orders over £100 are free shipping




If you wish to return an item which you have received, you have up to 28 days to return it to us. You must contact us in the first 14 days in writing (an email is fine) to advise that you intend to return it. It must be returned in the same condition that you received it. Please include your order number, name, address and the reason for return inside the box. Once we have received your return, in good condition, your refund will be processed within 7 working days. As with returning orders to a shop it is your responsibility to arrange and pay for the return of any goods that have been supplied correctly and are not at fault. We will not pay the costs of returning an item to us. Until we receive the goods you are returning, they are your responsibility. We recommend you use a recorded delivery service, or a courier with tracking. If the item has been damaged upon return, we reserve the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value if the item needs to be reduced in price for resale. Replacements and refunds: All standard post items are not tracked and will not be replaced or refunded if lost in transit.


In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
